Remote- Work from home – Sales Agency Support; Customer Service, Marketing, Social Media
TeamWalterB.com is looking for a work from home individual with prior experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Social media and eblast software(Constant Contact) who is looking for a work/life balance in a work from home role. In need of a part or full time(approximately 20-30 hours) individual to assist in our Promotional Products Sales Agency. The culture is upbeat, positive, with an emphasis on learning new task and skills to better assist the agency and its objectives.
Sales and Marketing support includes;
- Provide research and product suggestions to customer inquiries to help with presentations/meetings Knowledge of Constant Contact and email blast creation- both image and video content
- Social media postings for company pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Communication with key accounts on new product / service offerings
- Work with sales team and internal staff to coordinate meeting follow up, samples, project coordination, quotes, email, etc.
- CRM management, data entry and implementation
- Sales analysis of spreadsheets, analyzing growth, decline, new and lost accounts Other projects as they unfold
Candidate must;
- Have a dedicated home office workspace with updated computer, Wi-Fi, printer, etc.
- Have detailed experience with Google Drive including Sheets and Docs along with Web and Social Media knowledge
- Be tech savvy with internet, phone, social media, online research to find solutions
- Be highly organized to manage time within a “work at home environment” keeping track of work and personal time
- Have excellent communication, research, and follow up skills
- Enjoy working with people and having heavy communication via email and direct messaging apps
- Be a quick learner in terms of products, services, and offerings.
Position hours and fees
- Must be available during workday business hours, i.e. 9-5 EST(this is not a weekend or evening position since we are dealing business to business on a daily basis)
- Weekly hours are flex 20-30 hours based on workload
- Hourly rate is $20 per hour for qualified candidates
